饲喂油橄榄饼对肉鸡健康与免疫机能的影响

本试验以１日龄ＡＡ肉仔鸡２８８只，用油橄榄饼以等能量，等蛋白分别替代５％、１０％的日粮（玉米）饲喂肉鸡４９天。结果表明，处亘组与对照组相比，各生长阶段的增重均无显著差异（ｐ＞０．０５）；血浆ｒ──球蛋白与对照组相比，均无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；淋巴细胞除七周龄时处理２显著高于对照组（ｐ＜０．０５）外，其它与对照组相比，均无显著差异；血浆ＩｇＧ除七周龄时处理１与对照组间无显著差异外，其它都显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），而且，各组鸡均未出现疾病，死亡等异常现象。

THE EFFECTS OF THE OLIVE CAKE ON THE HEALTH AND IMMUNOLOGICAL COMPETENCE OF BROILERS

A total 288 AA broilers at 1 day of age was randomly divided into three groups. The first group was fed ordinarg diet,the second and third group was fed diet that 5% or 10% or iginal diet(corn)was replaced by olive cake with equal energy and protein,respectively.The results showed that both the body weight gains and the -globulin in blood serum were not significantly different(P>0.05)between the test and control groups after 49 days test period.The count of Lymphocyte was not significantly different between test and control group(P<0.05) at 7 week of age.The 1gG content in the test groups was higher than control group(P<0.05) except the difference between test groups 1 and control group at 7 week of age.The death,disease and other unusual phenomena was not appearsed.
