饲喂油橄榄饼对肉鸡健康与免疫机能的影响

摘    要:本试验以1日龄AA肉仔鸡288只,用油橄榄饼以等能量,等蛋白分别替代5%、10%的日粮(玉米)饲喂肉鸡49天。结果表明,处亘组与对照组相比,各生长阶段的增重均无显著差异(p>0.05);血浆r──球蛋白与对照组相比,均无显著差异(P>0.05);淋巴细胞除七周龄时处理2显著高于对照组(p<0.05)外,其它与对照组相比,均无显著差异;血浆IgG除七周龄时处理1与对照组间无显著差异外,其它都显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而且,各组鸡均未出现疾病,死亡等异常现象。

Abstract:A total 288 AA broilers at 1 day of age was randomly divided into three groups. The first group was fed ordinarg diet,the second and third group was fed diet that 5% or 10% or iginal diet(corn)was replaced by olive cake with equal energy and protein,respectively.The results showed that both the body weight gains and the -globulin in blood serum were not significantly different(P>0.05)between the test and control groups after 49 days test period.The count of Lymphocyte was not significantly different between test and control group(P<0.05) at 7 week of age.The 1gG content in the test groups was higher than control group(P<0.05) except the difference between test groups 1 and control group at 7 week of age.The death,disease and other unusual phenomena was not appearsed.
