不同大豆品种抗旱性的研究

摘    要:选用了10个不同生态类型大豆品种(系) 在盆栽和大田条件下进行抗旱性研究。分别在正常供水与水分胁迫条件下测定了苗期、开花结荚期与抗旱性有关的五类生理指标。结果表明: 苗期叶片相对含水量、相对电导率、净光合速率、脯氨酸含量与过氧化物酶活性五类生理指标的平均隶属函数值与抗旱性无显著相关性(r=0 2104); 开花结荚期的生理指标的隶属函数加权平均值与抗旱系数呈极显著相关(r=0 8745**, P<0 01)。

Abstract:Study of drought resistance was made in ten soybean varieties of physiological types.Five kinds of physiological indexes releated to drought resistance in seedling stage and flowering poding stage were studied in both normal and drought conditions. Analysis of variance for field experiment was also made.The result were as follows: the corelation coefficients between the average of subordinate function value of five physiological indexes-relative water content(RWC),relative conductivit,net photosynthesis velocity , the peroxidase(POD) and free prolin content and drought resistance coefficient were not significant(r=0.2104) in seedling age;the weighed average of subordinate function values of five physiological indexes and drought resistance coefficient were positively significant(r=0.8745~(**),p<0.01).
