头孢噻呋钠对鸡常见细菌病的临床疗效评价

为了评价头孢噻呋钠对鸡大肠杆菌病、鸡葡萄球菌病的临床效果。对22日龄尼克红雏鸡人工诱发鸡大肠杆菌病、鸡葡萄球菌病, 攻毒后分别于8h、24h出现临床症状。用头孢噻呋钠粉针以高、中、低剂量分别注射治疗, 1次/d, 连用3天, 同时选用氨苄青霉素粉针、硫酸庆大霉素注射液作药物治疗对照。试验结果: 对鸡大肠杆菌病, 头孢噻呋钠粉针治疗组的死亡率为5% ~7 5%, 治愈率为90%; 硫酸庆大霉素治疗组的死亡率为60%, 治愈率为20%。对鸡葡萄球菌病, 头孢噻呋钠粉针治疗组的死亡率为7 5% ~10%, 治愈率为85%; 氨苄青霉素治疗组的死亡率为17 5%, 治愈率为75%。结果表明: 头孢噻呋钠粉针对鸡大肠杆菌病、鸡葡萄球菌病有确切疗效,在增重、死亡率、治愈率及显效率各项治疗指标方面优于硫酸庆大霉素和氨苄青霉素。

Efficacy of Ceftiofur Sodium to Bacterium Disease in Chicken

In order to evaluate the effect of Ceftiofur sodium for injection to the Experiment E. coli disease in chicken.twenty two days chicken was artificially induced to the disease of E.coli . Staphylococcus, and showed the symptom in theclinical symptomat the 8 and 24 hours after the toxin experiment respectively.Using the Ceftiofur sodium for injection treatment , one time every day and using it three days continually, at the same time, the medicine cure compared group was injected into the Ammonia penicillin、Gentamicin. The result of experiment indicated that in E.coli disease,the mortality of the group of Ceftiofur sodium was 5%~7.5%,the cure rate was 90%;the mortality of the group of Gentamicin was 60%,the cure rate was 20%. ToStaphylococcus disease,the mortality of the group of Ceftiofur sodium was 7.5%~10%,the cure rate was 85%;the mortality of the group of Ampicillin was 17.5%,the cure rate was 75%.It demonstrated exact effect of Ceftiofur sodium for injection to the Experiment E. coli disease in chicken. The effect of Ceftiofur sodiumwas better than Pathology varietyand Ampicillin suspension for injection.
