芦笋皮提取物抗氧化性研究

摘    要:为了提高芦笋皮的综合利用价值,以总还原力、还原力、清除DPPH·(1,1-苯基2-苦肼自由基)、超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)、抑制脂质过氧化物能力为指标,对芦笋皮提取物乙酸乙酯相、正丁醇相、水相的抗氧化作用进行研究。结果表明,芦笋皮三相提取物具有一定的抗氧化能力,抗氧化顺序为正丁醇相>乙酸乙酯相>水相。不同试验组在样品浓度0.0625 g·L-1到2.0000 g·L-1范围内,随着浓度的升高还原力、清除DPPH·、清除O2-·、抑制脂质过氧化物能力逐渐增大。抗氧化能力与黄酮类化合物的含量呈正相关,说明抗氧化能力与其所含的黄酮类化合物有关。

Abstract:The antioxidant activities of extracts from Asparagus peel were investigated in the present study.The separated extracts were tested for antioxidant activity using total reduction ability,reduction ability,DPPH· and O2-·scavenging activity,and lipid peroxdiant inhibition ability.The results showed that three fractions exhibited antioxidant activities in different evaluating systems.The decreasing order of antioxidant activities is n-butanol fraction ethyl acetate fraction aqueous fraction.With the increase of the concentration from 0.0625 to 2 g·L-1 antioxidant capacity increased.The similar order of the contents of flavonoids in fractions was also found.The extent of antioxidant activities was in accordance with the amount of flavonoids existing in each fraction.
