常用杀虫剂对苹果黄蚜及其天敌七星瓢虫选择性毒力研究

摘    要:采用点滴法测定了常用杀虫剂对苹果黄蚜及其天敌七星瓢虫幼虫选择性毒力,测定结果表明,吡虫啉对七星瓢虫和苹果黄蚜的选择性显著高于有机磷、菊酯类杀虫剂以及灭多威和齐墩螨素,其选择性指数为139 59(瓢虫LD50/蚜虫LD50)。在有机磷和菊酯类杀虫剂中则分别以马拉硫磷和氟氯氢菊酯对七星瓢虫和苹果黄蚜的选择性最高,其选择性指数分别为45 21和117 12。因此认为在协调苹果黄蚜的化学防治与生物防治策略中应选用这些对苹果黄蚜毒力高,而对天敌瓢虫相对安全的杀虫剂。

Abstract:The selective toxicity of commonly used insecticides to Coccinella septempunctata (Linn) and Aphid citricola von der Goot was determined.The results indicated that the selective toxicity of imidacloprid was significantly higher than that of organophosphates,pyrethroids, methomyl and avermectin, and the selectivity ratio (ladybug LD_(50)/ aphid LD_(50)) was 139.59.Malathion and cyfluthrin had highest selective toxicity among organophosphates and pyrethroids,respectively,and the selectivity ratios were 45.21 and 117.12.Therefore these insecticides are suggested as a relatively ideal alternative for integrated chemical and biological control of the aphids in field.
