不同栽培基质对葛萝槭生长发育的影响

以平均苗高7.4cm、平均地径1.82 cm、无病虫害的一年生葛萝槭扦插苗为试验材料,采用农林废弃物醋渣、松针、菇渣主要基础性基质,分别与粉煤灰、树皮粉、锯末、羊粪以不同的体积比混合而成,对不同育苗基质上生长的葛萝槭的苗高、地径、叶片数、冠幅、成活株数进行调查。结果表明:处理9的成活率最高达到了92.78%,表现最好。处理9、处理1、处理3、处理8、处理10可推广使用;不同基质对苗高、叶片数的相对生长量存在显著性差异(α=0.05),对地径、冠幅的相对生长量不存在显著性差异(α=0.05);不同基质处理的葛萝槭的年生长规律一致即3月下旬到4月上旬进入树液流动期,4月中旬到6月上旬为植株的生长初期,6月中旬到8月为速生期,9月进入苗木的硬化期,且在7月中旬出现了生长暂缓期现象。

The Influence of Different Culture Media on Acer grosseri Pax Production

This paper took the annual Acer grosseri Pax cutting seedlings which have average plant height 7.4 cm,average stem diameter 1.82 cm,non-plant diseases as materials,using vinegar slag,pine needles,mushroom slag of the farming and forestry garbage to be main foundational substrates,with fly ash,bark power,saw dust,sheep manure which have different volumes mixed together,through plant height,stem diameter,leaf quantity,crown width,the number of survived Acer grosseri Pax which grew on different culture substrates carried on investigating.The results showed that the survival rate of treatment 9 was the highest(92.78%),the performance was the best.Treatment 9,1,3,8 and 10 can be popularized.The relative growth of plant height,leaf quantity on different substrates existed significant difference(α=0.05 level).The relative growth of stem diameter,crown width on different substrates did not differ(α=0.05 level).The experiment was conducted with the year growth rule of Acer grosseri Pax of different substrates treatments,that was from the last ten-day period of March to the first ten-day period of April entered the plant liquid flowing stage,from the middle ten-day period of April to the first ten-day period June for adult plant's initial growth period,from the middle ten-day period of June to August was the fast-growing time,in September entered nursery stock's setting period and the phenomenon of growth postpone appeared in mid-July.
