2BX-10型小籽粒精少量播种机的研制

精少量播种机是实现小籽粒作物机械化播种的关键装备。针对山西省丘陵山区和高寒地区的种植模式,研制了2BX-10型小籽粒精少量播种机,该机一次可完成开沟、播种、覆土、镇压等作业。依据国家标准对样机进行了性能试验及统计分析。试验结果表明:该播种机采用的环槽式高频振动排种器,提高了精少量播种的稳定性和准确性,应用前景广阔。

Design of the 2BX-10 Hill-drop Drill for Small Grains

Hill-drop drill is the key equipment to realize mechanized planting for small grain crops.According to cropping patterns of hilly areas and the alpine region in Shanxi province,2BX-10 hill-drop drill was developed.The machine can complete ditching,seeding,covering,repression and other operations.Based on the national standards,the seeding ability was tested and analyzed.The results showed that the stability and the accuracy of hill-drop seeding was improved by using the ring wheel type of seeding device with the high frequency system.It has wide application prospect.
