地肤子活性成分对山楂叶螨酯酶同工酶的影响

摘    要:实验研究了地肤子活性成分KFCE-2处理后,山楂叶螨体内的酯酶同工酶的影响。从聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳结果来看,在处理组中,没有检测到新的其它酶带。并且其酯酶酶带E1、E2比对照组的颜色要浅,而且图谱面积小;而E3在处理的12h后完全消失。酯酶同工酶电泳图谱经UVP2凝胶成像系统扫描分析,从强度变化上可以看出,E2、E3带的活性从处理的4h(LANE-a')开始活性就在逐渐减弱,尤其是E3带的活性在处理的12h后(LANE-c')就完全被抑制。此外,在迁移率的变化上,处理组E1、E2带的迁移率有逐渐增大的趋势;E3带的迁移率在能观察到的两个时间内,有减小的趋势。这表明KFCE-2可能通过抑制山楂叶螨体内的酯酶同工酶的活性,并且通过特异性的结合,改变部分酯酶的活性结构,来降低其解毒代谢。这也表明了地肤子作为新型植物源农药具有良好的开发前景。
