大棚蔬菜及土壤中硝酸盐含量的分析与评价

摘    要:通过对太谷县蔬菜大棚中6种主要蔬菜12个新鲜样品及其土壤的硝酸盐含量进行测定,结果表明太谷县蔬菜大棚中蔬菜中的硝酸盐含量符合国家食用标准。土壤硝酸盐含量与蔬菜硝酸盐含量的关系:一般土壤的硝酸盐含量高,则蔬菜的硝酸盐含量也高,反之亦然,但两者之间不存在一一对应的关系。在分析的基础上评价了蔬菜的食用安全性。

Abstract:After measuring and analyzing the nitrate content in 12 samples of 6 kinds of main vegetable crops and the culture soils in Taigu County,we found that the nitrate content in the greenhouse vegetables met the national standards.And a measurement is done to show the relationship between the nitrate content in the soil and in the vegetables.It was demonstrated that the nitrate content in the vegetables was high if the nitrate content in the general soil was high,vice versa,but their relations is not corelational deperdent.Finally we evaluated the safety of vegetables.
