高效氯氰和辛硫磷混配对枣步曲增效作用测定

摘    要:在室内采用微量滴定法测定了氯氰菊酯与辛硫磷及其复配剂和25%高氯高辛乳油对枣步曲的毒力,据其LC50值及CTC值比较不同配比的增效作用,并对高氯高辛药效试验结果进行方差分析。结果表明∶高氯高辛对枣步曲有增效作用,但它不是最佳的配比,与试验中氯氰菊酯和辛硫磷的各复配试剂相比,它的毒杀效果较好,而毒杀效果最好的是2/3∶1/3的配比,它的CTC最高,药效最佳;如用高氯高辛防治枣步曲,推荐用500~1000倍液进行田间试验。

Abstract:Toxicity determination of cypermethrin phoxim their mixtures and 25% cypermethrin-phoxim on Sucra jujuba Chu was performed by trace dropping method in the lab. According to LC_(50) and CTC of these pesticides,synergism of combined application was compared and control effect of 25% cypermethrin-phoxim was analyzed by ANOVA method. The results showed that 25% cypermethrin\|phoxim was not the best of all pesticides,but cypermethrin-phoxim was. The optimum effective concentration of 25% cypermethrin-phoxim is suggested to be diluted 500~1 000 times and to be tested in the field.
