收获期棉秆底部茎秆力学特性测试研究

摘    要:棉秆是一种重要的可再生生物质能源,开展棉秆的机械回收具有重要的社会经济价值。利用RGM-3005微机控制全数字化电子万能材料试验机对收获期棉秆底部不同段位茎秆进行了拉伸、压缩和弯曲试验,获得棉秆最大破坏应力、弹性模量等机械物理特性参数,试验用棉秆平均含水率25%。测试结果表明,其底部茎秆最大抗拉强度为59 Mpa,弹性模量≤240 Mpa;最大抗压强度为18 Mpa,弹性模量≤770 Mpa;最大抗弯强度为50 Mpa,弹性模量≤280 Mpa。所获收获期棉秆底部茎秆力学特性参数,可为棉秆收获机械的起拔方式和起拔机构的设计提供理论依据和技术参数。
