棉花三种杂种色素腺体性状的研究

摘    要:对以(亚洲棉×比克氏棉)F1异源四倍体为母本,用海岛棉及陆地棉有色素腺体和无色素腺体不同类型做父本,杂交合成的种间三交种子叶色素腺体延缓发生性状进行了比较研究,结果表明:不同杂交组合在各不同组织器官上对比克氏棉子叶腺体延缓发生性状有明显差异,Gl2Gl2Gl3Gl3所产生的在三交种种子上有少量腺体,但包括花器在内的其它器官和组织均为有色素腺体类型;gl2gl2gl3gl3所产生的三交种种子和花器均无色素腺体,而植株也为少色素腺体类型。

Abstract:The pigmentglandlees seeds of the triple hybrids that took the allotetroplids from G.arboreum and G.bickii as the female parent while took the different plants of G.bardadense and G.hirsutum having pigmentgland or pigmentglandlessness as the male parent were compared and studied.The results showedn that there were significant difference between different tissues and organs of the triple hybrids derived from different heterozygote on the glandless seeds glanded plant trait of G.bickii.On the hand,seeds of the triple hybrived derived from GL 2GL 2GL 3GL 3 were of few pigmentglands,but besides flower all of the other organs and tissues were of pigmentgland.On the other hand,all of the seeds and flower of triple hybrids derived from gl 2gl 2gl 3gl 3 were of pigmentglandless and the plants themselves were having few pigmentglands.
