日粮中添加苜蓿草粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质的影响

摘    要:选取50周龄海兰白蛋鸡192只,随机分为4组,每组48只,进行饲养试验。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮,试验组日粮中添加3%、6%、9%的苜蓿草粉。在试验期间测定不同比例的的苜蓿粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质的影响。试验结果表明:3%组明显降低了饲料采食量和料蛋比,而对蛋重和蛋壳厚度没有明显的影响,蛋黄比色度显著升高,与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。蛋黄中胆固醇含量,3%草粉组明显低于对照组,而对肝肾功能没有明显的影响。

Abstract:192 Hyline White Laying hens,aged 50-weeks,were allocated to 4 groups at random and each group included 48 laying hens respectively.A feeding experiment was conducted to determine the performance,egg quality and serum parameters of layers fed 0、3%、6%、9% alfalfa meal.The result indicated that Layers fed AM at level of 3% reduced significantly feed intake and increased feed conversion efficiency and increased significantly yolk pigmentation while egg weight and shell thickness were not affected(P>0.05)by dietary treatments.Layers fed grass meal on 3% level decreased significantly CHO while there was no apparent affection on the function of liver and kidney.
