| 摘 要： | 研究了外源激素对不同小麦品种成熟种子体细胞胚发生的影响。结果表明：2,4-D明显促进小麦胚性愈伤组织的发生,其诱导效应表现出基因型间的差异。诱导体胚发生的最适宜浓度为2,4-D 2．0～4．0 mg·L~1,附加KT对胚状体的萌发有显著的促进作用。另外,及时调整培养基,适当的降低激素含量对体胚的诱导也非常重要。晋农211在2,4- D2．0 mg·L~1的MS培养基上,45 d后转移至2,4-D浓度1．0 mg·L~1+KT0．5 mg·L~1的培养基上胚状体诱导率较高。农大981胚性愈伤组织在2,4-D2．0 mg·L~1的MS培养基上,50 d降低2,4-D浓度至1．0mg·L~1+KT0．5 mg·L~1胚状体诱导率较高。

| Abstract: | Effect of two exogenous hormones on frequency induction of wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)somatic embryos is studied.The following results are revealed:Concentration of 2,4-D in media is necessary for induction of embryogenic,with a different frequency between the different genotype.The most appropriate concentration of 2,4-D is at 2.0-4.0 mg·L~(-1) This capability of induction embryos can be enforced by the addition of KT in medium.In addition,adjusting the medium in time and reducing the concentration of exogenous hormones is also a significant factor for the induction of embryos. |
