盐胁迫下稀土元素对小麦萌发期过氧化氢酶过氧化物酶活性的影响

摘    要:使小麦在一定浓度盐溶液中萌发生长,研究稀土元素对小麦抗盐性的影响,结果表明,小麦萌发期受盐胁影响较大,生长量明显减少。稀土伴种播种后96小时~144小时,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性明显提高,过氧化物酶(POD)活性降低。稀土可促进小麦萌发生长,提高其对血渍的抵抗能力。

Abstract:Effect of RE(NO3)3 on tho resistance of saline in germination of wheat were studied in this paper.The results show that germination and bud growth of winter wheat was checked under saline stress.Activity of CAT was promoted and that of POD was reduced because of the seeds with RE.Therefore it was advantageous to the germination of seeds and the ability of resistains of salinity of the wheat.
