| 摘 要： | 在种业改革风起云涌之际,一场由农业部牵头的、全国范围的种业打假行动已经先行一步,轰轰烈烈地开展起来。2011年5月16日,农业部科技教育司和湖南省农业厅在长沙县召开全国打击侵犯品种权和制售假冒伪劣种子湖南执法现场会,销毁了38吨假冒伪劣种子、农药和化肥。
