DTA-6浸种对大豆苗期叶片氮代谢的影响

摘    要:本试验采用盆栽方法,研究不同浓度的DTA-6浸种对大豆苗期叶片氮代谢的影响,结果表明:适宜浓度(30~120mg/L)的DTA-6浸种增加了可溶性蛋白含量,以P120处理效果最好;DTA-6浸种各处理的游离氨基酸平均含量均高于CK,以P120处理效果最好;DTA-6浸种各处理的硝态氮含量均低于CK。

Abstract:This paper using pot experiment, studied the effects of soaking the seeds of DTA-6 on the nitrogen metabolism of soybean seedling leaves, the result showed that Soaking seeds in DTA-6 with the appropriate thickness(30~120mg/L)increased the content of soluble protein, the better effect was achieved at P120 level; the average content of free amino acids were all higher when soaking seed in DTA-6 than when treating it by CK, the better effect was achieved at P120 level; the content of NO-3-N were all lower when soaking seed in DTA-6 than when treating it by CK.
