| 摘 要： | 水土资源是人类赖以生存的基本条件,由于人为的开发活动,进一步导致水土流失的加剧。水利工程具有规模大,工程期长,地质地貌破坏面积广等特点,对江河、湖泊及其附近的生态景观产生很大的影响,因此对水利工程进行水土保持,确保水利工程高效安全运行具有十分重要的作用。主要探讨了农村水利工程建设中水土保持的意义及方法。

| Abstract: | The water and soil resources is the human's survival and the basic conditions,due to human development activities,and further lead to soil and water loss intensifies.Water conservancy engineering with large scale,engineering period is long,geological landform damage area and wide characteristics,rivers,lakes and around the great influence on ecological landscape,so to water conservancy engineering soil and water conservation to ensure the safe operation of water conservancy engineering efficient plays a very important role.This paper mainly discusses the rural water conservancy engineering construction in the significance and methods of soil and water conservation. |
