| 摘 要： | 农业、农村、农民问题关系党和国家事业发展全局,而农村集体土地产权制度改革是解决"三农"问题的关键。指出了当前我国农村集体土地产权制度存在的主要问题,分析了产生这些问题的主要原因,并提出解决问题的途径。

| Abstract: | Agriculture,countryside and farmers relationship between the party and national business development of the overall situation,and the rural collective land property rights system reform is to solve the "SAN nong" the crux of the problem.This paper pointed out the current our country rural collective land property rights system existing main problems,analyses the causes of these problems,the main reason and put forward the way to solve the problem. |
