| 摘 要： | 利用快速检测试纸条法、竞争酶标免疫法(ELISA)和气相色谱-质谱分析方法(GC-MS)分别对84份猪尿液样品进行盐酸克伦特罗检测。结果显示ELISA方法与气相色谱-质谱分析方法(GC-MS)符合率为100.0%,快速检测试纸条法与固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱分析方法(GC-MS)符合率为90.5%。

| Abstract: | We had detected 84 pig urine samples for clenbutrol by the use of rapid detection test strip method,ELISA and GC-MS. The results showed that the accuracy of GC-MS method was 100.0%,rapid detection test strip method and ELISA was 90.5%. |
