| 摘 要： | 根据不同种类消毒剂对规模蛋鸡场的作用效果,进行筛选比较,设定不同时间采集鸡舍内空气自然菌样品,经培养后检测菌落数,确定消毒剂的维持时间。对消毒前后单位面积的平均菌落数计数比较,计算消亡率,以最高杀灭率、最长时间该种消毒剂在现场作用的维持时间,得出合理有效的消毒药物。

| Abstract: | According to the effect of different kinds of disinfectant in scale egg-laying poultry farm,filtering was to set different time taken within the natural population in the air,after samples for testing flora behind a disinfectant,determine the maintenance of time.To recover and the average unit area of the population fell for the count rate was calculated from a long time,the killed rate of bacterium said in the disinfectant to the role of the time,it was reasonable and effective disinfection drugs. |
