| 摘 要： | 为了解北京地区宠物布鲁氏杆菌病的流行情况。2011年1月-8月,在北京市27家大中型动物医院随机采取犬、猫血清样本600份,采取虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)和试管凝集试验(SAT)相结合的方法进行布病牛羊型和犬型的血清学检测,结果表明,现北京部分地区已存在宠物犬猫血清阳性样本。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the Beijing area pet brucellosis epidemic situation. 2011January -8 months, in Beijing city 27 large and medium- sized animal hospital randomized to take dog, cat600 serum samples, take the Rose-Bengal Plate Agglutination Test ( RBPT ) and tube agglutination test ( SAT ) method to combine the brucellosis of cattle and sheep and dog type serological testing, results showed that in some areas of Beijing, now already exists pet dogs and cats serum positive samples. |
