| 摘 要： | 为加强高致病性禽流感的防控工作,抽检北京市密云县220份鸡血样进行免疫抗体监测,对结果进行对比分析。实验表明,免疫效果良好,抗体水平较高,通过抗体滴度、平均抗体滴度和标准差的对比可以看出规模场户免疫效果比散养户要好。

| Abstract: | To strengthen highly pathogenic avian influenza to control, sampling Miyun county in Beijing of 220 chickens on blood antibody, the results of monitoring immune were analyzed. Experiments show that the immune effect is good, the antibody level to be higher, through the antibody drops degrees, average antibody drops the contrast of the reliability and standard deviation can be seen scale field immunity effect from keeping free-roaming households than household is better. |
