摘    要:农产品质量安全是食品安全的基础环节,面对社会上频频发生的农业品质量事件,不仅直接影响到消费者健康,更给社会稳定与和谐社会的建设带了负面影响。从农产品质量安全根源分析入手,分析了农产品质量问题产生的3个原因,根据农业职业教育资源优势,加强农产品市场监管,改变不科学的种养植(殖)方式。一方面充分利用职教资源服务农业中心工作,另一方面实现教学的提升和学校自身的发展。

Abstract:The quality safety of agricultural products is the basic link of food safety,in the face of society on the high incidence of agricultural products quality event,not only directly affect the health of consumers,to social stability and the construction of harmonious society brought negative effect.The author from the agricultural product quality safety root analysis proceed with,analysed agricultural product quality problems have three reasons,according to the agricultural occupation education resources,strengthening the agricultural market regulation,change the unscientific nutrient-sik (fission) mode.Hand make full use of resources of vocational education Agricultural Services Center,on the other hand,the realization of teaching and enhance the school ’s development.
