充分利用农业职业院校资源 确保农产品质量安全

农产品质量安全是食品安全的基础环节,面对社会上频频发生的农业品质量事件,不仅直接影响到消费者健康,更给社会稳定与和谐社会的建设带了负面影响。从农产品质量安全根源分析入手,分析了农产品质量问题产生的3个原因,根据农业职业教育资源优势,加强农产品市场监管,改变不科学的种养植(殖)方式。一方面充分利用职教资源服务农业中心工作,另一方面实现教学的提升和学校自身的发展。
