浅谈水利工程中施工成本的预算控制

施工成本管理是一个全员全管理过程,盲目的施工建设只能造成人力、物力浪费,增加施工成本,这都严重阻碍了我国施工企业的市场经济体制的进程和适应市场化管理的速度。笔者总结多年的工作经验,通过学习参考各种相关资料,提出水利工程施工过程中容易出现的问题以及达到工程预算目的的措施及方法。
