| Abstract: | This paper first defines the forestry property rights,according to China's forest reform process of resources property system,the forest resources protection present situation of each phase corresponding was analyzed.Then,forest resources property right system of forest resource protection was studied and its sustainable development influence finally was put forward the related reform suggestion of forestry property. |
