北疆棉花品种抗旱性初步评价及鉴定方法研究

摘    要:以0、10%、20%和30%聚乙二醇(PEG6000)溶液浸泡棉花叶片模拟干旱胁迫,测定棉花叶片的PSⅡ的原初光能转化学效率(Fv/Fm),用胁迫敏感指数(SI)法和模糊隶属法对北疆9个棉花品种的抗旱性及鉴定方法作了初步评价和研究。结果表明,随着胁迫强度的增加,Fv/Fm的I值变异幅度增大,品种对干旱胁迫的反应敏感性变化明显。胁迫敏感指数(SI)法和模糊隶属法对棉花抗旱性评价的结果基本一致。新陆早12号和新陆早6号的抗旱性较强,18-3和201的抗旱性较弱。

Abstract:After saturating cotton leaves with 0(CK),10%,20%,30% PEG to imitate drought stress and investigating theirs' conversation efficiency of primary light energy of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm),drought resistance and its identification methods of cotton cultivars were primarily evaluated and studied in the North Xinjiang by stress sensitization index method and fuzzy subordination method.It was found that the range variations of SI value enlarged and cotton sensitivity to drought stress changed more significantly with the increase of PEG concentration.Results evaluation on drought resistance of cotton cultivars between stress sensitization index method and fuzzy subordination method were mostly identical.Drought resistance of Xinluzao 6 and Xinluzao 12 was stronger,and that of 18-3 and 201 was weaker.
