摘    要:【目的】研究DPC(缩节胺)浓度处理对棉花生理生化特性的影响。【方法】试验在石河子大学生防研究室进行,以新陆早44号为材料,用6个不同浓度DPC(缩节胺)(0、255、0、100、200和400mg/L)处理棉花,测定棉叶中叶绿素含量、MDA含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、游离脯氨酸含量、POD活性、SOD活性以及CAT活性的变化。【结果】(1)DPC处理前期叶片中叶绿素、游离脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白的含量都高于对照,随着浓度的增大,游离脯氨酸含量和可溶性蛋白质含量逐渐增大。而DPC处理后期叶片中叶绿素和游离脯氨酸含量都低于对照;(2)叶中MDA含量一直低于对照,随着浓度的增大,MDA含量逐渐减小;(3)并不能使棉花叶中可溶性糖含量发生变化;(4)DPC处理前期,SOD活性高于对照,而后期低于对照;DPC处理前期,POD活性和CAT活性低于对照,而后期高于对照。【结论】适当浓度的DPC(缩节胺)处理能增加棉花细胞耐渗透压能力,增强棉花抗胁迫能力,提高棉花叶片的抗旱能力,并提高棉花叶片的光合作用。

Abstract:【Objective】The effect of DPC treatment on physiological and Biochemical characteristics of cotton was investigated.【Method】The experiment was done at the Biological control Laboratory of Shihhotze University,and Xinluzao 44 was used as testing material.The content of chlorophyll,MDA,soluble sugar,free proline,soluble protein and the activity of POD,CAT and SOD of the cotton leaves were measured,after treated by six different concentration of DPC.【Result】The contents of chlorophyll free proline and soluble protein in cotton leaves were higher than CK in early days.The content of free proline and soluble protein increased gradually with increasing DPC concentration.The contents of chlorophyll and free proline were lower than CK in later period.MDA content was lower than CK all the time,and decreased gradually with increasing DPC concentration.But it didn't work well for the content of soluble sugar.The activities of SOD were higher than CK in early days,while lower in later period.The activities of POD and CAT were lower than CK in early days,while higher in later period.【Conclusion】The result showed that cotton treated by suitable concentration of DPC can increase the osmotic pressure resistance of the cotton cells,strengthen the stress resistence of the cotton,heighten the drought resistance and photosynthesis of cotton leaves.
