生物有机肥对库尔勒香梨果实品质和净光合速率的影响

摘    要:【目的】田间施用生物有机肥和叶面喷施有机叶面肥对库尔勒香梨果实品质的影响。【方法】采用不同的小区实验,对选定的库尔勒香梨树进行不同的基肥和叶面肥处理。【结果】在田间施用不同的生物有机肥和喷施有机叶面肥对果实的硬度和可滴定酸的影响无显著性差异。田间施用生物有机肥和对照相比提高了可溶性糖含量的17%~46%,石细胞数目减少了15%~35%。有机叶面肥处理与对照相比提高了可溶性糖含量的2%~30%,石细胞数目减少了5%~24.6%。与田间施用化肥处理相比,田间施用生物有机肥提高了净光合速率2%~40%。叶面肥处理提高了叶片净光合速率的27%~100%。【结论】施用生物有机肥和喷施有机叶面肥,能够明显提高库尔勒香梨果实品质和净光合率。

Abstract:【Objective and Method】Field experiment was conducted to study the effect of bio-organic fertilizer and organic leaf fertilizer on quality and net photosynthetic rate of Kuerle Fragrant Pear.【Result】The results show that the effect of firmness and titration acid content was not extremely significant.Comparing with fertilizer treatment,the bio-organic fertilizer treatment enhanced soluble sugar content by 17%~46%,the number of stone cell decreased by 15%~35%,at the same time net photosynthetic rate increased by 2%~40%.The organic leaf fertilizer treatment enhanced soluble sugar content by 2%~30% compared with the CK,the number of stone cell decreased by 5%~24.6%.Moreover,the net photosynthetic rate increased 27%~100%.
