甘草黄酮提取方法研究进展

摘    要:甘草黄酮类化合物是一类具有较强生物活性的物质,广泛用于医药、保健及美容等行业.介绍了甘草黄酮提取工艺的研究,主要包括水提法、有机溶剂提取法、微波法、超声波法、超临界萃取法、大孔树脂吸附法及酶解法,并对各自工艺的原理、使用利弊进行了分析.

Abstract:Flavonoids of glycyrrhiza is a group of activated substances which have been used in medication and health protection production.This paper aims to introduce some kinds of technological ways of extracting flavonoids,which includes water extraction,solvent extraction,microwave assisted extraction,supersonic assisted extraction,supercritical fluid extraction(SFE),macroporous adsorption resin extraction and enzymatic method.Then,the methods of extraction ways were evaluated.
