核桃外果皮不同萃取部位对人宫颈癌HeLa细胞抑制作用研究

【目的】研究核桃外果皮不同萃取部位对人宫颈癌细胞的抑制作用,筛选核桃外果皮抗肿瘤活性部位。【方法】采用MTT法,选用人宫颈癌HeLa细胞,对核桃外果皮不同萃取部位进行抗肿瘤活性筛选。【结果】石油醚萃取部位、氯仿萃取部位、乙酸乙酯萃取部位、正丁醇萃取部位对HeLa细胞的IC50分别为158.81、40.43、130.49和137.67 mg/L,水相部位对HeLa细胞无抑制作用。【结论】核桃外果皮石油醚萃取部位、氯仿萃取部位、乙酸乙酯萃取部位、正丁醇萃取部位对HeLa细胞均有抑制作用,其中氯仿萃取部位对HeLa细胞具有较强的抑制作用,初步认定氯仿萃取部位为核桃外果皮的抗肿瘤活性有效部位。

Research of the Inhibition Effect of Different Solvent Fractions of Walnut Pericarp on HeLa Cell of Human Cervical Carcinoma

【Objective】To estimate the antitumor activity of different solvent fractions of walnut pericarp on HeLa cell and screen the antitumor active fractions in vitro.【Method】MTT assay was applied to screen the antitumor solvent fractions on HeLa cell in vitro.【Result】The IC50 of petroleum ether part,chloroform part,ethyl acetate part and n-Butanol part against HeLa cell were 158.81,40.43,130.49 and 137.67 mg/L respectively,the water-soluble part had no inhibition effect on HeLa cell.【Conclusion】The petroleum ether part,chloroform part,ethyl acetate part and n-Butanol part of walnut pericarp have inhibitory effect on Hela cell,and chloroform part has comparatively stronger inhibitory effect.Therefore the chloroform part is considered as antitumor active part of walnut pericarp.
