禽流感疫苗免疫商品代蛋鸡免疫抗体水平和消长规律检测

摘    要:将6批次的商品代蛋鸡13 700羽分成6个试验组,用6种不同的禽流感疫苗分别接种商品代蛋鸡,疫苗免疫之后每间隔2周采血分离血清,检测禽流感H5和H9的抗体滴度和抗体持续期.结果表明HVK-2、SDYB、ZZZM三个试验组的H5抗体在免疫后的第2周达到4log2以上,CDJH和HVK-1两个试验组的H5抗体接近4log2,到第4周时,抗体滴度达到峰值,以后逐渐下降,而HVK-3试验组则几乎测不到H5抗体.H9抗体在疫苗免疫后2周全部达到5log2以上,HI抗体滴度普遍高于H5.对5组试验鸡分别进行了2次禽流感疫苗免疫,经过加强免疫的H5抗体水平普遍高于一免,并且抗体持续期明显延长.

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to detect the effect of six different Avian influenza vaccines which was inoculated to the egg-type chickens.The total of 13700 of hens were divided into six groups,in which each group was inoculated with the six different Avian influenza vaccines individually.The both of H5 antibody and H9 antibody were detected by hemagglutination inhibition test in every two weeks.The results indicated that the H5 antibody titers of HVK-2,SDYB and ZZZM were above 4log2 at the second week after inoculation,the H5 antibody titers of CDJH and HVK-1 approached 4log2 and reached the peak at the fourth week then declined gradually.The H5 antibody was hardly detected in the group of HVK-3.The H9 antibody titers were above 5log2 after two weeks of immunization,meanwhile H9 antibody titers all were higher than H5 antibody titers.The 5 groups of hens were immunized with AI vaccine for two times,the H5 antibody titers were higher than the first after the secondary immunization,and the H5 antibody duration was extended obviously.
