摘    要:通过用ASI法和常规分析法对新疆绿洲内代表性农区143个土样的土壤有机质、有效氮、磷和钾进行分析,比较2种方法测定结果的相关性,发现用两种方法测定的有机质、有效磷和有效钾有较好的相关性。ASI法土壤有效氮的测定已增加了NO3--N的测试,这样也能够较好地反应土壤无机氮的供应状况。因此该方法值得在当前的测土配方施肥中推广和应用。

Abstract:143 representational soil samples were tested on organic material, available N, available P and available K by ASI and general analytical method in oasis agricultural areas. Tile results of relalivity between the two analytical methods were compared. The result showed that organic material, available P and available K had better relativity. And NO3^- - N had been increased by available N testing in ASI analytical method. Available N of ASI analytical method could react the state of inorganic N in soil. So ASl analytical method should be popularized and applied to current soil testing and fertilizer recommendation.
