摘    要:在作物品种区域化试验中,基因型与环境的交互作用(简称G×E)越来越受到人们的重视.主效可加互作可乘模型(additive main effects and multiplicative interaction model,简称为AMMI模型)是一种非常有效的分析G×E的方法,而双标图(biplot)是解释AMMI分析结果的一种直观有效的图形工具.在对AMMI模型、双标图和稳定性参数Di(j)简要介绍后,选用1999~2000年新疆春小麦品种区试的产量数据进行了实例分析,以加深对新方法在区试数据分析中应用的认识,促进其在新疆的推广应用,提高新疆在区试数据分析方面的水平和效率.文章得出的有关品种稳定性和适应性、地点对品种鉴别力等初步结果,对育种和生产单位有一定的参考价值.

Study on the Application of AMMI Model for Spring Wheat Regional Trial Data Analysis
Abstract:In the multilocation trials,the interaction between the genotype and environment has been paid greater attention to recently. The additive main effects and multiplicative interaction(AMMI)model is a effective approach to explore the interaction, and biplot is a very powerful graphical tool to display the results of AMMI model. In this paper, the AMMI model, Biplot and stability parameters D i(j) were introduced, then the data come from Xinjiang spring wheat regional trial was analyzed for deepenning the understanding of the model, promoting its application and popularization, and raising its applied level and efficiency in Xinjiang.In addition, the results come from regional trial data analysis maybe have some reference values for crop breeder and producter in Xinjiang.
