玉米自交系主要农艺性状与产量和抗旱性的关系研究

摘    要:对288份玉米自交系进行大田开花期干旱胁迫处理,研究了玉米自交系的产量和抗旱性与水旱两种不同条件下的农艺性状之间的关系。结果表明,干旱胁迫条件下玉米自交系的产量与其在正常灌水条件下的产量性状高度正相关,而与正常灌水条件下的株高和穗位高等性状呈高度负相关;穗粒数多的自交系比穗粒数少的自交系在干旱条件下更高产也更抗旱;穗粒数、株穗数和株高这3个性状与旱地玉米高产抗旱的关系最为密切。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to treat 288 maize inbreds strain treated with drought stress at flowering period in the field to study the relationship between gronomic traits,yield and drought and flood resistance of inbreds strain of maize.The results revealed that the yield of maize inbreds strain treated with drought stress and its yield traits treated with normal drip irrigation have a significant positive correlation but have significant negative correlation with the traits of plant height and height of the spike location under the treatment of normal drip irrigation;The yield of maize inbreds strain with more grains per panicle is higher than that maize inbreds strain with less grains per panicle,and the former has stronger drought resistance than that of the latter under the drought conditions.The three traits such as grains per panicle,ear number per plant and plant height have close relation with high yield and drought resistance of upland maize.
