摘    要:随着计算机辅助设计技术的发展,以Solidworks为代表三维设计软件已广泛应用到农业机械设计中。通过Solidworks软件对抛送式棉秸秆粉碎还田机进行虚拟样机设计,建立整机三维模型,完成结构及尺寸检查;对动刀辊运动仿真,完成动刀辊动平衡检验;对甩刀进行有限元分析,完成甩刀强度校核;为抛送式棉秸秆粉碎还田机的设计提供一些参考。

Abstract:With the development of computer-aid design technology, Solidworks as main representation of 3-D designing software have been applied to agricultural machinery design broadly. Solidworks software has been applied to design the virtual prototype of the field straw chopper with throwing cotton stalk in this paper. The main contents have been completed as following: establish the 3-D model machine, examination of the structure and dimension, simulation of the roller motion, checking of the roller dynamic balance, intensity checking of the flinging knife through finite element analysis. Based upon contents, it provided some design references for the field straw chopper with throwing cotton stalk.
