盐胁迫对芜菁种子萌发的影响

摘    要:【目的】盐胁迫对芜菁种子萌发的影响,为芜菁栽培土壤选择及抗盐品种的选育提供理论依据。【方法】实验设置5个NaCl浓度梯度20、50、100、150和200 mmol/L和5个Na2SO4浓度梯度10、50、100、150和200mmol/L,对芜菁种子进行盐胁迫处理,测定其种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数等。【结果】在NaCl浓度低于150 mmol/L时,芜菁种子的发芽率、发芽势、相对盐害率与对照差异不大,在浓度为200 mmol/L时受抑制较大,150 mmol/L NaCl溶液适合于芜菁种子耐盐性的选择;在Na2SO4浓度低于100 mmol/L时对芜菁种子萌发的抑制作用相对较小,当超过150 mmol/L时出现明显的抑制作用,种子的萌发、相对活力指数等指标均呈明显下降的趋势。【结论】盐胁迫对芜菁种子萌发有明显抑制效应,而且随着盐浓度的增加,发芽率、发芽势、相对活力指数逐渐降低、相对盐害率升高,芜菁种子在萌发期间具有一定的耐盐性。

Abstract:【Objective】This study was carried out to investigate the effects of different NaCl and Na2SO4 concentration on turnip(Brassica rapa L.) seeds germination.【Method】The experiment set six NaCl concentration stress,which are respectively 0 mmol/L,20 mmol/L,50 mmol/L,100 mmol/L,150 mmol/L and 200 mmol/L;and six Na2SO4 concentration stress,which are respectively 0 mmol/L,10 mmol/L,50 mmol/L,100 mmol/L,150mmol/L and 200mmol/L.The seeds of rapa turnip were treated under salt stress and the seeds germination rate,germination potential,germination index,and vitality index were measured.【Result】The result showed that seeds germination rate,germination potential,and relative salty harming rate had no big difference compared with the control.The inhibition is big when the concentration reached 200 mmol/L.When Na2SO4 concentration is lower than 100 mmol/L,it had little inhibition on turnip seed germination,and when the concentraion is over 150 mmol/L,it has an obvious inhibition effect.Index such as seed germination and relative vitality index all showed a decreasing trend.【Conclusion】Salt stress has an obvious inhibitory effect on turnip seed germination,and with the increase of salt concentration,germination rate,germintion potential and relative vitality index decrease gradually,and relative salty harming rate increases.During germination period,the turnip seed is salt-tolerant to some extent.
