新疆南疆绒山羊与新疆山羊主要经济性状的差异分析

摘    要:【目的】对比分析新疆南疆绒山羊和新疆山羊在抓绒后体重、产绒量、绒层厚度、绒纤维直径四项指标上的差异,进一步阐明两个品种所具有的品种优势,为绒山羊育种工作提供一定理论依据。【方法】实验随机选取264只新疆南疆绒山羊成年母羊和158只新疆山羊成年母羊,分别测定其抓绒后体重、产绒量、绒层厚度、绒纤维直径四项指标,并对其主要绒性状进行相关分析。【结果】新疆南疆绒山羊抓绒后体重、产绒量、绒层厚度均极显著高于新疆山羊(P<0.01),绒纤维直径上,两品种差异不显著(P>0.05)。两品种绒纤维直径与绒层厚度、产绒量呈正相关关系,且相关关系显著(P<0.05)。【结论】南疆绒山羊品种优势明显,具有较高的推广价值;利用各品种其绒纤维直径与绒层厚度、产绒量的相关关系,一定水平可以用于绒山羊绒纤维直径的预测。

Difference of Economic Traits between Nanjiang Cashmere Goat and Xinjiang Goat
Abstract:【Objective】The main purpose of the study was to analyze the difference of four indexes(sheared weight,cashmere yield,thickness,and fiber diameter)between Xinjiang Nanjiang Cashmere goat and Xinjiang goat,Elucidate breed dominant of each goat breeds,in order to provide theoretical basis for cashmere goat breeding work.【Method】In this experiment,264 Nanjiang Cashmere Goats and 158 Xinjiang Goats were randomly selected,their traits including sheared weight,cashmere yield,thickness,and fiber diameter were analyzed,and the correlation of these traits were analyzed.【Result】sheared weight,cashmere yield,and thickness of Nanjiang Cashmere Goat were extremely significantly higher than that of Xinjiang Goat(P<0.01).As for fiber diameter,there was no significant difference between two goat breeds(P>0.05).There were positive correlation of fiber diameter,Cashmere yield,thickness for two goat breeds(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Xinjiang Nangjiang Cashmere goat had better performance than Xinjiang goat,its value of generalization was higher than Xinjiang goat;Correlation of fiber diameter,Cashmere yield and thickness for two goat breeds could be used for anticipation of cashmere goat's fiber diameter.
