植物生长调节剂对大豆茎叶柄显微结构及光合特性的影响

摘    要:以垦农4号为试验材料,在大田条件下,试验于始花期叶面喷施SODM、CC和DTA-6,研究植物生长调节剂对大豆茎叶柄显微结构及光合特性的影响,结果表明:三种植物生长调节剂改善了大豆叶片的光合特性,DTA-6效果最佳;均明显增加了大豆叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、栅栏组织细胞密度和栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度比值(P/S),增加大豆叶片主脉的导管数目、输水横截面积和韧皮部横截面积;增加大豆叶柄维管束横截面积和叶柄导管数目;对茎部表皮厚度的促进作用不显著,但均增加了初生韧皮部、次生韧皮部、次生木质部和初生木质部的厚度,且SODM主要促进了次生木质部厚度的增加,CC主要促进初生木质部和次生木质部厚度的增加,DTA-6主要促进了初生韧皮部、次生韧皮部和次生木质部厚度的增加。

Abstract:The effect of PGRs on the microscopic structure of stem,leaf,petiole and photosynthetic characters of soybean(Clycine max L.cv.),Kennong 4,was studied.SODM,CC and DTA-6 were foliar applied at R1 stage at 200 mg/L,with water as control.The results showed:Photosynthetic characters of soybean leaf were promoted by PGRs.The thickness of leaf,palisade tissue and sponge tissue,the density of palisade cell and the ratio of palisade/spongy(P/S) were increased significantly.The number of leaf's vein catheter and the area of conveyance water section and phloem section were increased too;The area of soybean petiole section and the number of petiole's catheter were increased by PGRs;The positive effect of three kinds of PGR on the thickness,of stem's epiderm were not obvious,but three kinds of PGR were enhanced,the thickness of newborn phloem,secondary phloem,secondary xylem and newborn xylem,the main effect of SODM was enhanced,the thickness of secondary xylem,the main effect of CC was enhanced,the thickness of secondary xylem and newborn xylem,the main effect of DTA-6 was enhanced,the thickness of newborn phloem,secondary phloem and secondary xylem were also increased.
