基于农户调查的土地利用效率分析——以博尔塔拉蒙古自治州为例

【目的】利用数据包络分析方法分析博尔塔拉州农户的土地利用效率,为政府制定相关政策提高农户土地利用效率提供参考。【方法】单因素方差分析与数据包络分析法。【结果】(1)博尔塔拉蒙古自治州农户土地利用效率处于中等水平,有待进一步的提高统一。(2)统一组织生产经营的兵团农户土地利用效率比分散经营的地方效率高。【结论】土地规模既定的情况下,合理配置生产要素与充分发挥技术水平有助于提升土地利用效益。

Analysis on land Availability based on Peasents'Household Surveys——A Case Study of Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture of Bayingolin

【Objective and Method】The purpose of the study is to provide reference for the govevnment to formulate the relevant policies improving peasents'land availability.Methods of single factor analysis and data envelopment analysis were employed.【Result】The results indicate that there is not high land availability for majority of peasants household which remains to be improved;the land availability of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is higher than that of the scattered individual peasants' households.【Conclusion】The reasonable factor of production and adequate technology capability conduce to improve land availability.
