库尔勒市城市化与土地利用变化关联性分析

【目的】以城市化发展与土地利用结构之间的相关分析为基础,探讨库尔勒市城市化水平的提高对该市土地利用变化的影响。【方法】利用1996~2007年库尔勒市土地利用现状年度变更调查数据、国土资源综合统计资料和库尔勒市市志等为数据来源,在统计软件SPSS的支持下,采用土地利用变化速率及土地利用动态度等模型,利用主成分和多元回归分析方法,对库尔勒市12年间的土地利用变化及城市化与土地利用结构变化之间的关系进行了分析。【结果】随着城市的快速发展,农业用地总面积整体上增加,其中耕地面积增加较多,12年增加了17 577.81 hm2;园地增长速度最快,2007年比1996年增加了24 142.72 hm2;林地略有增加(7376.2 hm2);牧草地基本稳定;居民点及工矿用地始终呈上升趋势,12年累计增加3 218.27 hm2。【结论】经济的快速发展、城市化水平的提高是促进其土地利用变化的主要因素。

Relevance Analysis between Urbanization and Urban Land Use Change of Korla City

【objective】On the base analysis between urbanization and urban land use structure,exaltation of urbanization rate makes use of the influence of structure variety on city land of korla.【Method】This text use situation current year change inquisition data and national territory resources comprehensive statistic information from 1996 to 2007 of Korla city,variety of material of Kola annals as data source,aided with SPSS statistic software,Taking the rate of land use change and the modle of dynamic consideration of land use,Analys land use change and relationship between urbanzation and the urban land use structure change in 12 years via principal element analysis method and the basic principles of multiple linear regression analysis.【Result】Results showed that agriculture land use total area increase along with the urbanization procces,the plantaion area is also increasing,added 17 577.8 hectare in 12 years;the speed of garden land growth is soon,added 24 142.72 hectare 2007 than1996 and farm land sligthly increase 7 376.2 hectare;grassland in state;residential area land and industrial land tend to rise all the time,add up 3 218.27 hectare in 12 year.【Conclusion】speedly development of ecomony,advancement of urbanzation rate is mainly factor of promote land use change.
