摘    要:目的]准确、快速鉴定小麦品质基因,为小麦品质改良和分子育种提供亲本材料.方法]利用高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基Dx5标记、1B·1R易位系特异性SCAR标记、2A和2D染色体的PPO18、PPO16、PPO29标记以及7A染色体上的YP7A相关品质基因的分子标记,对新疆部分春小麦材料进行基因等位变异检测.结果]在所检测的小麦材料中Dx5、1B·1R易位系、黄色素含量和籽粒多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性基因等位变异存在一定差异.其中,含Dx5材料的分布频率为28.9;,含低黄色素含量Psy-A1b等位变异分布频率为34.0;,同时在2A和2D含低PPO活性的Ppo-A1b和Ppo-D1a等位变异材料只有2份.97份材料中聚合多种优质基因的材料很少.结论]所用的标记可以准确鉴定其等位基因的变异,并在品质育种中可直接利用进行分子标记辅助选择.

Abstract:【Objective】It is very important to accurately and fleetly identify wheat quality genes for improving wheat quality and molecular breeding.【Method】The allelic variations from Xinjiang partial spring wheat cultivars were detected through marking Dx5,1B·1R translocation,PPO18,PPO16,PPO29 and YP7A.【Result】The results indicated that there were certain differences in the allelic variations of Dx5,1B·1R translocation,Psy-A1,Ppo-A1 and Ppo-D1 genes in the wheat cultivars and advanced lines tested.The distribution frequencies of Dx5 and Psy-A1b were 28.9% and 34.0% respectively,at the same time,there were only two portions of alletic variation materials in Ppo-Alb and Ppo-Dla of 2A and 2D low activity.There existed few combined high-quality gene cultivars in 97 samples.【Conclusion】The markers employed in this study could be used to accurately detect allelic variations,and these markers could be used to directly assist selection in wheat quality improvement programs.
