| 摘 要： | 通过田间试验和室内品质分析,研究了播期和密度对冬小麦新冬24号产量和品质的影响.研究表明:(1)在晚播条件下,随播期的推迟,产量降低,成穗数、千粒重和穗粒数均呈下降趋势;(2)随着播期推迟,籽粒蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、面团形成时间有提高的趋势;随播种密度增加,籽粒蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量和稳定时间的变化均表现为先增加后降低的抛物线趋势.

| Abstract: | The effects of sowing date and plant density on grain yield and quality of the winter wheat Xindong 24 were studied. The results showed that (1) with the delay of sowing date in late its yield ear number ,1000-kernel weight and kernel numbers per ear all are decreased.(2) with the delay of sowing date,the protein content ,wet gluten content and dough development are increased.With increasing of plant density, protein content,wet gluten content and stable time all would be first increased then decreased. |
