天山云杉凋落物提取液对种子萌发和幼苗生长的自毒作用

摘    要:设定光周期为20℃1、6 h,暗周期为15℃8、h,在人工气候箱中对天山云杉不同浓度凋落物水浸提取液对其种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明:天山云杉凋落物水浸提取液对其种子萌发和幼苗生长存在自毒作用。当提取液浓度达到0.025 gDW mL-1时,对种子发芽势和发芽指数的抑制作用达到极显著(P<0.01),抑制率分别为14.5%和29.3%;当提取液浓度达到0.1 gDW mL-1时,对种子发芽率和幼苗胚芽、胚根生长的抑制作用达到极显著(P<0.01),抑制率分别为21.2%、34.1%和51.3%,并显著延长种子的发芽时间;当提取液浓度达到0.2 gDW mL-1时,对幼苗鲜重增加的抑制作用达到极显著(P<0.01),抑制率为31.4%;提取液浓度对幼苗干重增加的影响不显著。实验还表明,在低浓度(≤0.05 gDW mL-1)时,天山云杉凋落物提取液对其种子的发芽率表现出一定的促进作用。

Abstract:The study about effects of the different concentration aqueous extracts from the litter of Picea schrenkiana on its seed germination and seedling growth was experimented in the climatic cabinet on the condition that photoperiod was 20 degrees Centigrade,16 hours and dark cycle was 15 degrees Centigrade,8 hours.The results indicated that the aqueous extracts from the litter of Picea schrenkiana had autotoxicity on its seed germination and seedling growth.Germination inability and germination index were significantly inhibited(P<0.01),and the inhibition rate was 14.5% and 29.3% respectively when the concentration of aqueous was 0.025 gDW mL~(-1).Germination ratio,the growth of shoot length and rootlength were markedly inhibited(P<0.01)when the concentration of aqueous was 0.1 gDW mL~(-1),and the inhibition rate was 21.2%,34.1% and 51.3% respectively.Seed germination was significantly delayed when the concentration of aqueous was 0.1 gDW mL~(-1).The increasing of seedling wet weight was evidently inhibited when the concentration of aqueous was 0.2 gDW mL~(-1),moreover the inhibition rate reached 31.4%.But the increasing of seedling dry weight did not be affected under the same concentration.At the same time,the results also showed that germination ratio was accelerated as using lower concentration aqueous extracts(≤0.05 gDW mL~(-1)).
