| 摘 要： | 提出了适合长绒棉生育特点的抗性获得性遗传定向选择技术,并在长绒棉品种抗病性改良实践中,取得良好效果。研究发现,遗传背景简单的品种比遗传背景复杂的品种抗病性改良难度大,紧凑早熟零式分枝类型品种的铃重易于改良,较松散晚熟有限无限混生果枝类型品种的单株结铃易于改良。针对品种特性确定重点丰产性状选择,可显著提高长绒棉丰产性改良效率。

| Abstract: | In this article,the technique of registance of acguired heredity is suitable for developmental characteristics of long-fibre cotton and a good effect of improving long-fibre cotton registance of wilt disease is obtained.The experiment study indicated that the variety with simple heredity background is improved more easily, compared with the one with complex heredity background.Boll weight of coherent shape precocious variety can be improved easily, fructiferous potence one cotton of unwound shape variety can be improved easily.So the efficiency of significantly improving yield is considered. |
