| 摘 要： | 采用叶面喷施0.03%、0.04%和0.05%三个浓度的多效唑,研究苜蓿种子增产效果。结果表明,多效唑对苜蓿种子产量与其构成因素均有影响,可增加有效分枝数、结荚花序数和千粒重。在三个处理中,以0.05%浓度的效果最好,产量比对照增加16.04%。二级分枝数增加12.71%,结荚花序数增加28.17%,千粒重增加4.79%。

| Abstract: | Paclobutrazol solution of 0.03%,0.04%,0.05% concentration were applied to alfalfa through spraying on leaf surfaces,to analyze the yield of alfalfa seed.The results show that paclobutrazol had effects both on the seed yield and components factors of alfalfa,such as fertile shoots,the number of racement and thousand-grain weight.The solution of 0.05% had a significant effect on seed yield and thousand-grain weight etc,which made the seed yield increase by 16.04%,fertile shoots increase by 12.71%,the number of racement increase by 28.17%. |
