加工番茄引种试验的灰色关联度分析

摘    要:根据引自日本加工番茄和新疆主栽加工番茄品种的试验数据,运用灰色关联度分析方法,对其主要性状与理想品种性状之间的密切程度进行综合分析,结果表明在供试的21个品种中,与理想品种性状的关联度次序依次为:NDM2265>NDM969>NDM5582>NDM5577>NDM5585>NDM5584>NDM1224>NDM5563>NDM3374>NDM5564>NDM843>NDM5566>NDM4461>NDM633N>新番4号>德番99>NDM3379>NDM0092>NDM970>NDM5571>里格尔(87-5,下同)。即NDM2265、NDM969表现最好,适应在新疆种植,而主栽品种里格尔表现最差,其它品种性状居中,此结果与各品种实际表现基本一致。

Abstract:According to the data which was based on the introduced new processing tomato varieties and the popular processing tomato varieties in Xinjiang,the relationship between the main properties and suitable processing properties was comprehensively analyzed by using gray correlation analysis method.The result showed that the order of those 21 tested varieties were respectively as follows : NDM2265>NDM969>NDM5582>NDM5577>NDM5585>NDM5584>NDM1224>NDM5563>NDM3374>NDM5564>NDM843>NDM5566>NDM4461>NDM633N>Xinfan 4>Defan 99>NDM3379>NDM0092>NDM970>NDM5571>Ligger(87-5),which indicate that NDM2265,NDM969 were suitable to planting in Xinjiang area,and Ligeer was the worst.The result was fundamentally in conformity with the practical performance of varieties.
