叶面喷施硒肥对大豆产量和质量效应的初步研究

摘    要:新疆处于缺硒地区,实验在田间条件下通过对大豆叶面喷施液态硒肥,研究了硒肥对大豆产量、质量及品质的影响。结果表明:在大豆花期叶面喷施300~1200 mL/hm2液体硒肥(含硒酸盐75~300 g)对大豆的干物质累积、产量及籽粒脂肪含量没有明显影响。随着施硒量的增加,籽粒中硒的富集量也随之增加;与不施硒肥对照处理相比,各施硒处理大豆籽粒的蛋白质含量均显著增加(P<0.05),但施硒处理之间的差异不著性。实验证明,叶面喷施硒肥可显著提高大豆硒含量和硒的吸收量,而且提高了大豆品质,但是对大豆的产量无明显影响,通过叶面喷施硒肥是一种富集和提高大豆籽食部分含硒水平的有效方法。

Abstract:There is less Se in the soil of Xinjiang.The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of foliar application selenium on yield and quality of soybean under field experiment.The result shows: Se fertilization was conducted once at flowering stage with 300 to 1 200 mL/hm2 by foliar spraying without any negative effect on dry matter Accumulation,soybean grain yield and lipids.Se concentration in soybean grain was raised with increase of Se fertilizer levels.The protein content was increased significantly(P<0.05)in soybean grain compared with control.But there is no significance among differen treatments.The present experiment showed that exotic Se supply could not only increase the Se level in soybean soil but also improve its nutritional quality as well.Thus,Spraying Se by leaf surface would be a practical way to enhance Se level in soybean.
