沙湾县耕地整理潜力评价研究

【目的】依据耕地整理目标和潜力评价的原则,以新疆沙湾县为例,通过构建新增耕地系数、耕地产出提高率、防护林比重提高率和田块大小提高率的评价指标体系。【方法】利用GIS技术建立耕地整理潜力评价信息系统,提高土地整理工作中耕地整理潜力评价的质量、效率和辅助日常管理服务。【结果】基于GIS的耕地整理潜力评价的基本思路和步骤,并利用多因素综合法完成沙湾县耕地整理潜力的综合评价。【结论】该方法具有科学性和可操作性,但随着耕地整理潜力评价工作的深入,应不断完善耕地整理潜力评价系统。

Study on the Potential Appraisal of Arable Land Consolidation of Shawan County Based on GIS

With the development of social economy and increasing of population,the land readjustment was becoming more important.The information system of arable land readjustment potential evaluation was estalished,which could help to achieve scientific and efficient land management.Aiming at the current problems in the analysis of arable land consolidation,the appraisal index for potential analysis is established,including newly-added farmland coefficient,output increase ratio,forest increasing ratio and fields' size increase ratio.Taking the Shawan county,Xinjiang as an example,the procedures of arable land consolidation potential appraisal based on GIS are introduced in detail.Result proves that this method is of scientific practical utilization significance and is easy to be operated,the system of arable land readjustment potential evaluation shall be continuously improved.
