| 摘 要： | 【目的】探索马铃薯甲虫的主要生物学特性、发育起点、发生规律。【方法】以马铃薯甲虫为供试材料,研究其在马铃薯种植区的生活史、生活习性、寄主、范围和田间消长规律等。【结果】马铃薯甲虫世代重叠、具有高繁殖率、滞育和迁飞等习性。该虫在新疆北部地区1年发生1~3代,以2代为主。【结论】开展马铃薯甲虫主要生物学特性及发生规律研究可为马铃薯甲虫持续防控技术提供依据。

| Abstract: | 【Objective and Method】The purpose of the research was to reveal the major biological characteristics and occurrence regulation of Colorado Potato Beetle(CPB).The lief cycle,life habits and host plant of CPB,as well as its harm and occurrence law in the potato planting areas were studied. 【Result】CPB possess many habits such as diapause,fly for migration,generation overlapping,and high capacity of reproduction etc..1-3 generations of CPB could take place in northern part of Xinjiang per year,most of Colorado Potato Beetles occurred 2 generations.【Conclusion】The achievements of the research could provide fundamental information for the sustainable control of CPB. |
